“Being a participant in the workshops conducted by Alicia du Plessis in the past has empowered me as a woman of Africa and gives positive attitude for the next future. We go through a lot in our lives that brings stress and depression within our home and community as a whole, sometimes we are not even aware of these until it destroys the qualities of a wonderful woman who intends to do good for society. The workshops raised awareness of being, understanding issues in life, and overcoming fears in life. This has built confidence that I believe every woman who attended has seen life in a different manner that naturally embraces womanhood.”
